Shopping around for track order? Save yourself the guesswork: this is the short, honest version of what to know before adding anything to your cart.

Finding your tracking number

After dispatch you receive an email containing your tracking code. It is also visible in your account under Orders. Enter it on the carrier’s website for live status.

Reading status updates

Common statuses: ‘Label created’ means packed and awaiting carrier scan; ‘In transit’ means moving through the network; ‘Out for delivery’ means today. A scan can lag 24 hours behind reality during busy periods — silence rarely means a problem.

When to worry (and when not to)

Parcels pause over weekends and holidays. Worry only when tracking shows no movement for 5+ working days, shows ‘delivered’ but nothing arrived, or returns to sender. In all three cases, contact support with your order number — these situations are resolved daily.

Delivery to pickup points

Many carriers let you redirect to a pickup shop if you miss the courier — often faster than waiting for a re-delivery. Use the link in the carrier’s status page to redirect.
